CANCELLATION & REFUND
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at ourown end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products. Any returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Before sending any product for return you must make sure that the product(s)
is (are) in the exact same condition when you received it. The products should be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packing as it came in.
Once the return reaches us, the returned products will be checked for any damages. The products returned by you has to be in the exact same condition as it was when you received it, unused, unworn, with tags and in its original packing in order to be eligible for a refund. Once the product(s) are inspected and accepted, you can get a refund of your order.
Refunds are initiated with 24 hours after the product(s) have been inspected and accepted by us and it takes up to 7 working days to get the refund amount to be transferred back to the original account which was used to pay for the order.
